New Horizon Skills and Services training centres are holistic skill building centres imparting quality skills for employment and helping the trained youths get placed in relevant sectors. New Horizon Skills and Services skill training centres are spread across few states throughout the country. In our centres, we provide technical skills and up skill the under-skilled and to people who are hard to reach.

We have built up a team of motivated social workers at the local as well district level duly identified and empanelled by our core team. This group of social workers, who hold acceptance among the local community, are our team responsible for the entire mobilization process of the untrained, unemployed, school drop- out youths. Our motivating mobilizers at the centres reach out to the local government authorities, meet the community through organizing focussed group discussions, and local stakeholders to talk about the subsidized and technical skill courses we have at our centre, and the benefits of such trainings to the youths as well their family.

Our approach has been to select one among them- the community as trainer, so that the youths can identify themselves with the trainer. We have a team of experienced and skilled trainers who have massive experience in their respective sectors and domain with respect to the skills as well as training. They teach in an interactive method to make the learning interesting and full of fun.

Sectors:
More than 1300 students have been reached by New Horizon Skills and Services till date through master course and 100 sub-courses across its self-owned centres as well as micro service centres.
NHSS has chosen to take the path less trodden when choosing the trades as well as the areas where it will take this initiative. We feel skill training is primarily the privilege of the semi-formal and informal sector school dropouts, and real results will come only from taking the initiative to their doorsteps with locally relevant training.
